A DILEMMA OF A WIFE IN A SOCIETY LIED UPON BY THE DOCTRINE OF SHOULD BE MONOGAMY FOR ALL MEN

Their love story was featured in one of the TV network in the Philippines: MAALAALA MO KAYA (MMK)(Will you Remember?).

Their love story started in being wed…both in love with each other. But the husband was earning less than the wife and gossips among the women friends of the wife contributed to the cooling of the husband “love” for his wife. He began to resent her earnings which was more than his and the gossiped that he was good for nothing husband. He had a love affair with another woman which in time the first wife caught. The wife could not forgive the husband…and thus was another FAVORITE NUCLEAR FAMILY BROKEN by the big big lie that it was a sin against God for a man to add another wife.

Look at the story of Elkanah who had two wives. What did the godly wife did when her godly husband added another wife? Did she stop herself from loving her husband? We see that she did not, instead she prayed to God. And we see that Elkanah also love her..

1 Samuel 1″4-5 And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters, portions: But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved Hannah: but the LORD had shut up her womb.

When society do not go back to this Biblical Model of Marriage and insist on the doctrine of demons that forbid a man to marry another wife…this tragedy of a husband and wife and their children will be repeated again and again and again!

Woe to the blind guides and their followers for sacrificing the families to the altars of demons by preaching a false marriage which does not at all synchronize with the Biblical model! Wake up men of God!

HOW ABOUT ELKANAH? Was he sinning against God for having two wives?

Monsieur Tiuche (Post #6): Solomon did much experimentation. Solomon decided that having many wives did not bring him happiness. Indeed, the flesh is insatiable and always wants more. Without the habitual filling of the Holy Spirit a person remains under the control of the sin nature and Satan.

Warren Jeffs tried to justify his actions by deceiving himself into thinking that God and the Bible allowed his wrongful conduct. He told the judge freedom of religious expression gave him the religious right to have sex with a 12 year-old girl and a 15 year- old girl. Warren called himself a preacher. But, if God does not allow polygamy for bishops, overseers or deacons in the Church, then it follows more strongly God does not allow pastors who favor polygamy either. They must be blameless, including not seeking to have many wives in contravention to God’s law (1 Tim. 3:2).

You brought up pornography. If you have problems with pornography get immediate help. Pornography is unfaithfulness to your wife, unfaithfulness to God, and is a form of idolatry. Pornography attacks God’s Divine institution of marriage, which He set up in the Garden between one man and one woman (Gen. 2:18). Satan seeks to destroy anything God set up for the stability of a nation. So, do not deceive yourself. God’s answer to the unrestrained lusts of the flesh is not polygamy. God’s answer for believers is to be under the control of the Holy Spirit rather than under the control of the sin nature. A person cannot sin when filled with the Holy Spirit of God.

Yeah your right Roland G. underage children, children & old men & old women they love…contrast that to a pretentious SHOULD BE monogamist who secretly views pornographic materials while pretending he is most holy. Who do not at all believe his Bible but pretend with his many words that he is an expert of the Word of God while cherry picking only the things he wants to believe in it! What is that called? Hypocrisy, pretending to be Christian when he hates polygamist to the core of his bones! Unwilling to see that polygamist are people too!

THOSE WHO PROMOTE POLYGAMY ARE NOT SEXUAL PREDATORS BUT LOVERS OF WOMEN

Sexual predators are people whose only purpose is to enjoy sex…polygamist are people who want to enjoy sex and at the same time give protections to women in whom they have sexual relationship. Why marry women and give them a home, when you can have sex in every corner for a fee or even free? Only those with love for their fellowmen would practice polygamy. Those pretending that they love only their wife and say they donot love any other women is nothing but an ignorant man…he does not know what LOVE IS!

Like the Muslims who promote polygamy but are not sexual predators…those who pride themselves of having one wife and would force everyone to have only one wife are people w/o tolerance…they are the devils dupes…pretenders…as though they are holy…having departed from the faith…listening to seducing spirits…forbidding to marry! Pretending like they are the unknown soldier of Christ…but MIGHT BE MINISTERS OF SATAN that is if they have no goodwill towards a brother who thinks different from them! He who sows hatred, sows ill will is nothing but the devils’ instrument!

GODLY MAN HAD TWO WIVES

Modern society today looks down upon a man that have more than one wife…religious people would coin that man as a heretic…ordinary people would suspect he is a maniac, a most peculiar man…he is never looked upon as a Godly man. What happened that such is the situation now?

With the ancient is wisdom says the scripture but modern men pride themselves as having wisdom more than the ancients…the ancients especially the people of God did not look down upon men who had more than one wife. It was an acceptable way of life with them. This was the time of Elkanah a Godly man and he had two wives…treat them justly…

But wide is the road that leads to destruction…and many travel thereat…wonder why there are plenty of divorces, family break up and abortions? Why is modern society whom they say is a very enlightened society suffering such big problems on morality & family?

Because they have rejected the knowledge of God-the Ancient of Days…even His people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…despite the knowledge explosions today, with their senses inundated by informations…many rubbish…

Let us go back to the former ways…full of wisdom.
