Hannah has been going to Shillo every year for may be a different reason, she has been going may be because of her husband, or because it’s a yearly events to be attended, or probably to while away time so as not to remain alone at home, or mainly that her problems had overwhelmed her. So many people come to church today for either of these reasons which at the end of the day make them come in vain without getting anything from the worship service attended, this was the case of Hannah. She got provoked of the attitude of the woman and maybe that of her children, she then refuses to eat and cry all day long. The people around you can be a hindrance to you if you allow them, it means that when coming to church, you need to put your mind together and don’t be distracted for any reason, and even with your circumstances, crying will not bring solution, it will only make the devil laugh at you and see you as a weakling. Look up to God and trust Him to do whatever you want Him to do for you.
