“I will cut off from Ahab him that pisseth against the wall”. King James Version.
When it comes to bad leaders blunt language is needed to describe them. As was Solomon, Ahab was led astray by his idolatrous wife.
The synopsis of this chapter is this. Elisha sends to anoint Jehu. (1-10)
Jehu and the captains. (11-15) Joram and Ahaziah slain by Jehu. (16-29)
Jezebel eaten by dogs. (30-37)

James, “him that pisseth against the walls” is just an idiomatic expression for males. Blunt language is not intended.
