1. When the legal system DELAYS
a. In the swift execution of justice
2. Criminals no longer have the same fear
a. Of the resultant consequences
b. And think twice before committing crimes
3. They know they will more than likely
a. Receive only a slap on the wrist
b. Or be set free due to overcrowding
4. In fact some see prison time
a. As a BADGE of HONOR
b. A rite of passage
c. Earning them “street cred”
5. But if justice was served swiftly
a. And BIBLICALLY
6. Then criminals WOULD think twice
a. Before committing them
