b. Or governments which oppress the people
2. But it is TRUE nonetheless
a. That when the king is obeyed
b. You have no fear of punishment
3. And the wise man KNOWS that
a. For he finds both the time
b. And the proper way to obey
4. The wise know something else as well
a. That justice will be served
b. If NOT by civil authorities
c. Then by God for sure
