1. Solomon sees death as EVIL
a. And NOT as a “friend”
2. The Lion King song “Circle of Life”
a. Attempts to paint death
b. Simply is a part of life
c. Even to be embraced
3. This is easy for the lions to sing
a. But not so much for their prey
4. But the Bible calls death an ENEMY
a. The last enemy [that] will be destroyed [is] death (1 Cor 15:26)
5. Death will occur to everyone of us
a. No matter whether
b. We are saved or lost
6. But what a sad lot indeed
a. For those with no hope
b. Of Jesus as Savior
7. Solomon paints a BLEAK picture
a. But his end-point is VALID
8. Just picture a LOST personās life
a. They are born with a SIN NATURE
b. They SIN throughout their lives
c. They are full of evil and sinful desires
d. Many of their desires go UNREALIZED
9. And then at the END of it all
a. They DIE and go to hell
