Who let the dogs out?
“And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” Gen 1:24-25
According to the Theory of Evolution, an animal could be descended from a different species. In other words, the egg came before the chicken. The Biblical worldview states that God created animals according to kinds. Cattle make cattle. The chicken came before the egg. To be clear: There is mico-evolution which is known as adaptation or mutation. A white moth could produce a brown moth. Today we see many dog breeds all descended from a canine pair.
In the untainted paradise, all animals were probably vegetarian. The lion laid down next to the lamb. Once paradise was lost, some animals eventually became carnivores. One of my ‘pet peeves’ is when I watch a cartoon where all the animals are getting along together. A recent example is the movie Madagascar. The bad guys are the ones who want to eat the lemurs. Alex the lion resists the urge and instead ends up dining on fish. Good news for lemurs, but bad news for fish (I guess fish aren’t cute enough). True, there is some cooperation in the animal kingdom where different beasts keep each other in check. I wonder what Madagascar would look like in a few years if lemurs over populate.

2)After the conclusion of the second day of creation,we didn’t find the phrase”it was good.” There was no comments from God on that day.
3)After the conclusion of the sixth day of creation,at the end of the description,we find that God saw everything that he had made & behold,it was very good.(v31)
4)Adam gave names to all the cattle & to the fowl of the air & to the beast of the field.Gen.2:20
5)Adam could not find any helpmeet from the animals & birds.Gen.2:20.
