The second Creation story begins. This edition is widely known as a Yahwist composition, because the name of God, “Yahweh” is used throughout. Many other sections of the Pentetuch were composed by the Yahwist tradition during the Babylonian exile post 587 BC.
Priority is given Man in this story of Creation. He was the first breathing entity. After which God created the animals, the plants, the fishes, and all the other elements of Creation. Then He created woman.
