1)Jesus Christ is superior to the prophets of the Old Testament in His Person,Work & Message.
2)The phrase”in these last days” refers to the days after the coming of Jesus Christ into the world as man.In the Old Testament period God spoke through the prophets in many ways such as visions,dreams,parables,angelic visitations & events.Read Isaiah 28:10.
3)The message of Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of what the O.T.prophets had prophesied.Isaiah 61:1,2.Luke 4:18-21.He is the Messiah foretold by the prophets.John1:41-45;4:25,26.
4)Moses has prophesied that a Prophet would be raised like him from among the people of Israel.Deut.18:15-18.Moses did signs & wonders in Egypt & in the Red Sea & in the wilderness.Deut.34:11,12;Acts 7:36.Peter has pointed out in a sermon that Jesus Christ was the prophet who came in fulfillment of the prophecy of Moses.Read Acts 2:22-26.If the signs & wonders which Jesus did should be written,even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written.Read John 20:35;21:25.
5)As Son Of God,Jesus has the right to inherit all things.Read Psalm 2:7,8;Isaiah 9:6,7;Mic.5:2;Matt.28:18.
6)”..through whom(Jesus) He created all the worlds & the riches of space & the ages of time…” Heb.1:2(Amp).Read 1 Cor.8:6;Rom.11:36.
