So in this verse Hebrews 6:18, is it saying that God is not able to lie about the two immutable things, or is there in the Greek that is saying that it is not possible for him to low overall.I looked in my Greek/English Interlinear Bible, but I am not sure how to exactly read it since Greek has no punctuation.

TWO IMMUTABLE THINGS REGARDING GOD as St. Paul the Apostle wrote:
I. HIS COUNSEL-His Law,His Thoughts, His guidelines, His Guidance &/or His Direction.
Heb 6:17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath
II. IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO LIE-God do not lie though He speak in parables & dark sayings.
