3 Bible Commentaries on Isaiah 40: 31
BRIANNA:
They that stop whatever they are doing and let the Lord lead…. they who do not go past the Lord but instead follow Him…they that slow down in order that they might not overtake the Lord…their way will be preserve-laid out in advance(see Proverb 2:8 & its commentary by Tractorman)…there is protection from God both physically and spiritually…
When your way is prepared…it will be easier for you in travelling, Your strength won’t be quench…you will travel life like eagles flying high….
I have seen younger men and intelligent men who overtake the Lord in their life…some ignorantly ..some knowingly…mostly of them ended up either mentally deranged, lost, their physical bodies became unhealthy, their spiritual life suffered…some became atheist…most became EVER LEARNING BUT NEVER COMING TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH…confuse…or became blind watchmen…..

SECOND WIND
Petra/ Bob Hartman
Listen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INY3nobI6wk
Long-distance run from darkness
Headed into the sun
And it seems like eternity
Till this race is won
Soul and spirit weak and weary
Strength was was almost gone
When a soothing gentle breeze carried me further on
(Chorus)
I’ve got my second wind, Spirit’s coming again
I’ve got a new revelation from the King of Kings
Found my second wind, feel my strength returning again
Returning again
Through a desert night in darkness
Racing toward the light
There were too many hills to climb
And too many battles to fight
Then distant lights were calling
Beckoned me as a guest
When I found the oasis there
I entered into a rest
Just when I thought I couldn’t run any longer
I got my second wind
Just when I thought I’d never be any stronger
I got my second wind
Just when I thought that I would fall into darkness
I got my second wind
Just when I thought that I would fail every test
I got my second wind
