Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.

Zion here symbolises children who lives as slaves due to their waywardness,God is calling on regular basis erring sons & daughters so that they would live up to expectations and thereby enjoy the benefits of sonship-garment of beauty and seat of honor,also watchful so that flesh will not overthrow again.
