THE LOVE OF JESUS BROKE THROUGH …

i was a filthy dreamer…walking in the vain conversation recieved by traditions from forefathers who were lost themselves…then Jesus found me!
Here is a song from Keith Green, “Your Love Broke Through”
(listen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fDgG4wXLCA )

Like a foolish dreamer, trying to build a highway to the sky
All my hopes would come tumbling down, and I never knew just why
Until today, when you pulled away the clouds that hung like curtains on my eyes
Well I’ve been blind all these wasted years and I thought I was so wise
But then you took me by surprise

Like waking up from the longest dream, how real it seemed
Until your love broke through
I’ve been lost in a fantasy, that blinded me
Until your love broke through

All my life I’ve been searching for that crazy missing part
And with one touch, you just rolled away the stone that held my heart
And now I see that the answer was as easy, as just asking you in
And I am so sure I could never doubt your gentle touch again
It’s like the power of the wind

Like waking up from the longest dream, how real it seemed
Until your love broke through
I’ve been lost in a fantasy, that blinded me
Until your love, until your love, broke through

FILTHY DREAMERS dreaming things, creating their own gods, not even realizing that they have made their own self into their own god…running their temples like they owned it…

The darkened minds of man do not want to be ruled by God, rejecting God’s standard-rejecting God’s Word- walking in the vain conversation of their forefathers…having a form of godliness…but do not want to be ruled by the Creator…

The low mentality that is within them…causes them to be unaware of their bad actions and words-speaking badly of people better than them-speaks against Presidents, speaks against Government Officials, speak against their own parents, speak against Moses…against the Apostles…against Jesus…and even against God and the sacred writings of these people and their God…

And such were some of us but Jesus is sanctifying us:

1 Peter 1:18 For as much as you know that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers

1 Cor. 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

1 Corinthians 6:20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
Ephesians 4:17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.

Titus 2:14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

FILTHY DREAMERS,jesters, MOCKERS & CHARITY

I have an assortment of friends. From teachers, to janitors, to sale ladies, to department heads, to businessmen and etc. Telling them my friends about God’s Laws solicit guffaws…Mocking came from the lowly educated, but some also tried to listen intently. Teachers too mock me..can you believe that?

One saleslady angrily declared,”When the boat we are riding will sink, my wooden statue of my Sto. Nino will float while your Bible and you gonna sink!” While years after that one male teacher jokingly repeated that saying to me after knowing I was a Bible believer.

One foolish friend said, “You always tell us about God and your Bible, Tell me is Moses alive now? ”

One teacher friend of mine angrily said to me, “You always compare yourself to Jesus Christ, who do you think you are?”

When i visited the atheist camp in the youtube there were respectful atheist but the majority were fun of using the four letter word “F_ _ _ You!”

On & on they speak w/o watching the words coming out of their mouth…but what do we do? Or what did i do? Oh i still pray for them though there were times when my love would have turned cold (see Matthew 24:12)…but i understand that love is not a feeling it is a command from our God…
