James r. We have someone to lead us…our Savior- the KING OF KINGS! But the sad thing is despite the belief of people on Him, many are still deceived! There minds DIMMED- dim witted. Probably Tractorman, Scott Dale are deceived too? Or is it us? Or is it Roland G? Who among us is deceived until now?

Let us not lose sight of our Savior -our Fair Companion- in our journey…if we fail to listen carefully to HIS PURE AND SURE WORDS THEN WE might END UP DECEIVED! You think Christians or even the very elect of Jesus could not be deceived? See Matthew 24:24. Careful our enemy is seeking someone to devour!

We need to study & DO the Words of God in order to make us wise for salvation (2 Timothy 3:15)….some however are so sure they are wise…have exalted themselves…never taking heed they might fall….Let us therefore really let the Lord Jesus take His seat in our Temple..and lead us…then we will not do that which is right in our own eyes!

This passage is a hoot! Because there was no king in Israel people didn’t know how to act. Didn’t they have the Levitical priests? Didn’t they still have the law and the ten commandments? In the writings of the self-righteous kings, they constantly declare themselves so wise. They are the mouthpiece of God because they wrote so much of the bible. It is propaganda! Typical of government to use religion to control the people.

In contrast, the kings were a curse.

1 Sam 8:6-7 ” But when they said, “Give us a king to lead us,” this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the LORD. 7. And the LORD told him: “Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king.”

A king is good, a king is bad, a king is good, a king is bad, a king is good, a king is bad, a king is good.

Wow! If only we had someone to lead us we would be better people.

A prophetic comment on the direction our contemporary world is heading very quickly. Once all authority is undermined..where do we go?? Does chaos prevail? We live in a world with many gods, and therefore, many problems.
