1. We don‘t know the timeframe (days, a few weeks)
a. But the surrounding enemies got wind
b. That the Jews knew about their surprise attack plan
2. Credit is given to God for spoiling their schemes
a. He rules by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah (Ps 66:7)
b. All nations surrounded me: but in the name of the LORD will I destroy them (Ps 118:10)
3. The people are strengthened again
a. And return to rebuilding the other 50% of the walls
4. I love seeing the Lord work in my life
a. I don‘t want to see victory by my schemes
b. I like seeing the Lord make Himself known
c. It encourages me that God is there for me
