1. The final outcome of what appears to be random
a. Has all been determined by the Lord
2. Nothing can truly be attributed to chance or fortune
a. For it must FIRST pass through God’s will
3. What appears to be “blind luck” does NOT exist
a. An encounter with your future mate
b. A change in career
c. A change in where you live
4. From our HUMAN perspectives
a. These things may APPEAR to be random
5. But God Himself is ULTIMATELY in control
a. Of ALL the events in our lives
6. I think the point is that as we move through life
a. What appears to be randomly happening to us
b. Has all been in fact pre-determined by the Lord
7. This should be of GREAT comfort to the BELIEVER
a. Knowing that our lives are NOT in the hands of whimsical men
b. Neither are we the “victims” of circumstance
8. For we are NOT orphans without a Father
a. Left to our own clever devices
b. But we are a part of His epic
c. Our very lives are in His loving hands
d. And we can TRUST Him with our souls
