1. Some people just cannot shut their mouths
a. And all they do is get into
b. Even more and more trouble
2. But if we could control our tongues
a. We could save ourselves
b. A lot of grief and regrets
c. For our foolish words
3. So please do NOT live with the regrets
a. Of gossip and slander
b. When the resulting pain
c. And heartaches could all be avoided
d. If we would hold our tongues
