He that blesseth his friend with a loud voice, rising early in the morning, it shall be counted a curse to him.

a. Can actually be considered
b. As a curse and NOT a blessing
2. Loud and obnoxious praising of another
a. At inappropriate times is very annoying
b. And NOT welcomed by anyone
3. People can quickly tell that you like them
a. So you do NOT need to continue
b. Making a production out of it

Here is a person who is blessing his friend with a laud voice. Why? is it for him to be heard in heaven? Does god need to be addressed in laud voice? Certainly not. He evens hears our unutterable sighs! The person is therefore trying to get the attention of others to show how good he is to his friend! He has slept the whole night without worrying or doing any thing for his friend. Now in the morning he blesses his friend to make a show of his piety and goodness. God knows the intents of hearts. He does not response to his prayer for blessing his friend. He count it as a curse and does not allow it to go down on that friend. This is how I understand. It is a saying by itself and so the context gives no clue to understand it. I would be happy to have some other better interpretaion.
