ONE WHO THINKS THAT HE IS SAVE JUST BY PROFESSING BELIEF IN CHRIST WHILE REJECTING THE LAWS OF GOD IS DECEIVING HIMSELF! To believe in Christ while rejecting God Laws is no belief in Him at all.He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. Jesus said:
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.Matthew 7:22-23
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked:Amos 2:4
7 For the mystery of lawlessness is at work already; only the one who now restrains[c] will do so until he is out of the way,[d] 8 and then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will slay with the breath of his mouth, and wipe out by the appearance of his coming, 9 whose coming is in accordance with the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 and with every unrighteous deception against those who are perishing, in place of which they did not accept the love of the truth, so that they would be saved. 11 And because of this, God sends them a powerful delusion[e] so that they will believe the lie, 12 in order that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth, but delighted in unrighteousness2 Thessalonians 2:7-12
