Tiuche, as I said in post 23, you always resort to insults. You are always angry, and incapable of engaging on a decent debate. This is your problem, not mine.

Angel, I don’t believe the things I say. I KNOW and have proved them over and over again. For example when Jesus said the world would end in his time that was a proven mistake that only an idiot will not admit to.

They are not demented unbelievers Charles you are! Isn’t it the height of craziness to spend and waste your time on a book you accuse of being full of contradictions & errors?

And you claim you believe in the God of Jesus and on Jesus Himself, but you keep on commenting that Jesus made mistakes and errors on His Words…you believe in a sinful Jesus, what blasphemy you committed!

This is what God says to us: How long will scoffers delight in their scoffing and fools hate knowledge? Give heed to my reproof; I will pour out my thoughts to you; I will make my words known to you. Because I have called and you refused, have stretched out my hand and no one heeded, and because you have ignored all my counsel and would have none of my reproof, I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when panic strikes you, when panic strikes you like a storm, and your calamity comes like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you. Then they will call upon me, but I will not answer; they will seek me diligently, but will not find me. Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of the LORD, would have none of my counsel, and despised all my reproof, therefore they shall eat the fruit of their way and be sated with their own devices. For waywardness kills the simple, and the complacency of fools destroys them; but those who listen to me will be secure and will live at ease, without dread of disaster.”

Tiuche, the traditional interpretation of the Bible is controlled by the churches of mere men - men that have vulnerable people fooled with false fears. I know I cannot expect you to read the Bible objectively but, if you did, you’d understand you’ve been beguiled into thinking there is such a thong as a “biblical god”. The Bible starts with “elohim” (more than one god) as creators, though very soon a walking, talking god takes center stage. This walking, talking god proves vulnerable and is challenged not only by other gods but also by mere people. He is still powerful enough to chair the council of gods and to win most battles, initially at first. Eventually his power fades and he is merged with a much more powerful God - The God of everybody - The God that Jesus and I believe in.

So I think I have a much clearer picture of who God is. God does not get jealous or angry like the one you call “the biblical god”. God does not order massacres, much less physically kill people, like the one you call “the biblical god”. God is actually in the Bible, as he is elsewhere and everywhere, but you have to read the Bible objectively to find him. Just posting long articles by demented unbelievers is not going to help you one bit.

Re 11. Yes, proof is necessary, Tiuche. Any charlatan can claim that God talked to him or the end of the world is coming in October or Revelation is about the USA and Germany or any stupid claim like these. Talk is cheap.
The ‘god of the Bible’ is a confusing term because there is more than one. Jesus, for example, talks about God the Father all the time; he never speaks of Yahweh.

Charles: Is a tape conversation needed to convince you that the God of the Bible exist? If so why do believe in your non biblical god that you say is the true god when you do not also have tape of his conversation, nor does he have any instruction manual for you?And if i my hunch is right you never pray to the nonbiblical god you claim is the true god!

Your requirement for belief in the Biblical God is hypocritical! Even if someone had already risen from the dead, you will still remain in unbelief!

To All:

God does speak; and we do hear his voice.

I do. Don’t you?

For God says his children shall receive gifts and callings; do you know yours?

I know my gifts and my calling.

To All:

Psalms 19:7
7. The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

This verse states that God’s Holy Living Word is PERFECT; and changes one completely. It also states that the testimony/witnessing of our LORD is to be believed; and makes the simple wise in our LORD’S way.

Charles: Your God does not speak to you because your God is a pooh pooh of your own delusion. But my God speak to me through His Instruction Manual of which we are now immersing ourselves! And that “Holy Manual” now is all over the world but in your unbelief-you have made yourself your ownself your feeble god alone, temporary and fragile in an endless universe.Wake up! Your no monkey so don’t let the devil monkey with your intellect!

TIUCHE, KARL MARX WAS SPEAKING ABOUT YOU.

You said that the word of God is the greatest cure for stress and that a prayer to Him is the best medicines for worry. Now here are Karl Marx’s exact wrods: “Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, just as it is the spirit of a spiritless situation. It is the opium of the people.”

Following God to relieve stress is not true faith. True believers understand the true power of God, which is that of setting in motion an entire unvierse with immense space, stars, worlds, and life.

God is not a medicine!

You want a world without the Word of God!But sorry- the Word of God will someday fill the whole earth and if you are not well founded on it-your temple is built on sand!
