Boaz wants everybody that is anybody to be in the loop on this
a. Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men (2 Cor 8:21)
2. He wants the leaders of the village to be a part of this process
a. 10 men were the minimum number to form a synagogue
i. Perhaps here a lawful public assembly
ii. In which to do public business
b. And 10 men is the number to form a ‘Minyanim‘
i. Or Jewish ‘prayer group‘
3. Boaz takes charge of the conversation
a. He does NOT let OTHERS
b. Run the show or set the pace
4. He is NOT asking for advice
a. But is stating his case
b. And wants answers
5. If there is an obstacle to your wedding
a. Sit that obstacle down
b. State your case, get answers
c. And resolve any issues
6. Boaz takes a strong leadership role
a. Directing all the traffic
7. In order for you to speak like Boaz
a. You are going to have to possess
b. The right to speak like he does
8. You will have to earn the respect
a. To speak like this before others
